Nice but.... it would be great if there was a voice to identify the name of the next exercise. It's hard to work out and have to run to your phone to see what's the next exercise. Everyone's phone is not in arms reach. I keep mine in a pouch around my waist and my daughter keeps hers around her arm. Add this very important feature, and I will give app 5 stars.

I tried out the workouts and then paid for the programs, after trying some other rival apps. It's simple to use, and the visuals are uncluttered. I muse that more complex statistics with flashy graphs would feed that greedy desire for knowledge, but ultimately I know that such window dressing is meaningless, and could probably overcomplicate things that are trivial. This app simply tells you what to do, when to do it and keeps count and does this task very well.

Would give a minus 5 stars if I could. The paid version is no different from the free version, meaning you get absolutely no jump rope tutorial videos. Every workout is just a typed paragraph describing what you are supposed to do...along with a timer. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Rest timer doesn't work. On Tabata program. Default is 30 secs (should be 20 work, 10 rest on Tabata). Changing rest timer to 10 seconds doesn't work - it still just does 30 seconds. Chose this app for the nice UI and program tracking but have changed to a regular Tabata timer that actually works.
