At first, it had provided the snacks with great quality. As they gained the fame they have begun to provide snacks with poor quality. The snacks provided for the money isn't worthy. Biscuits will be broken inside and snacks tastes differently as compared to the snacks bought outside... Don't buy the snacks from here. Do consider my review before buying from it

No proper refunds at all. It never vends properly. It shows the product unavailable when I can clearly see the product in the vending machine. The machine is faulty. It doesn't vend and simply the app shows already dispensed. The stock verification is also not done properly therefore they don't initiate refunds. This has happened 3 times now. I would have given negative stars review if possible.

I had a very bad experience using the Just Vend machine on a Sunday at a campus machine. Two products did not get dispensed. No immediate ground support was available. When I contacted helpline, they are asking me to prove that the dispensing did not happen. How can a customer prove this? However, their stock will show that the products weren't dispensed. Till now, I neither received the products I ordered nor my money has been refunded. I feel really disappointed with the service.
