JustWork - Job Profit Tracker

Are you finishing jobs and only finding out weeks later that you barely broke even?

JustWork is a simple job profitability tracker built for tradespeople, freelancers, and small businesses. Track your costs and income per job in real time — so you always know where your money is going.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Create a job and set your quote
2. Add costs as they happen — or scan receipts on site
3. Log income when you get paid
4. See your profit instantly

KEY FEATURES

• Real-time profit tracking — See your margin on every job as costs come in, not at month end when it's too late
• Receipt scanning — Snap a photo of any receipt or invoice. Costs are captured instantly with no manual data entry
• Works offline — No signal on site? No problem. Everything syncs automatically when you're back online
• Export reports — Generate PDF, Excel, or CSV reports per job to share with your accountant or client
• Track your team — Log worker hours and labour costs against each job
• Multiple business types — Tailored for tradespeople, freelancers, service businesses, retail, clubs, and charities

WHO IT'S FOR

• Tradespeople & contractors — plumbers, electricians, builders, roofers
• Freelancers — designers, developers, consultants
• Service businesses — cleaners, landscapers, maintenance
• Retail & other — shops, market traders, mobile businesses
• Clubs & charities — community groups, non-profits

JustWork is not accounting software. It's the simple tool you use on the job so you know whether you're actually making money — before the accountant tells you months later.

Free to start. No card required.
