K-Secure is a security tool for K-Cyber/K-Cyber for SME’s customers use to verify financial transactions or change personal information by scanning QR Code on the computer screen and get One-Time-Password (OTP) to confirm transactions. To enable K-Secure, customers have to change security setting type from SMS OTP to QR OTP.

Everything is OK and well responded app with computer. แอพสามารถใช้งานได้ดี ครั้งแรกที่ลงใช้งานไม่ได้เพราะสแกน QR ไม่ติด แต่เมื่อลองอ่านรีวิวดู จะเห็นว่ามีผู้ใช้งานแนะนำให้สแกนห่างประมาณ 1 ฟุต ผลปรากฏว่า สามารถอ่านได้แล้วใช้งานได้ดี ตอบสนองเร็วกว่า OTP-SMS แอพดีครับ แต่ต้องบอกรายละเอียดและวิธีในหน้าโปรแกรมด้วย จะได้ไม่ถูกต่อว่า และให้เรทติ้งต่ำ

แอพห่วยมาก ไม่มีประโยชน์เลย ต้องการเพิ่มวงเงินโอนต่อวัน K-Cyber for SME เกิน 2 ล้านบาท ต่อวัน ระบบให้เปลี่ยนมาใช้ ระบบ QR OTP ผ่านแอพนี้ ซึ่งใช้วิธี Capture หน้าจอ เพื่อ scan QR code ไม่ได้ (คือพูดง่ายๆ ทำผ่านมือถือเครื่องเดียวไม่ได้) กรณีไปต่างประเทศก็ต้องพกคอมไปอีก ถ้าต้องการจะโอนเงิน ถ้าจะบังคับให้ลูกค้าใช้ QR OTP ก็ช่วยทำ Application ให้มันใช้ได้สมบูรณ์หน่อยดีไม๊ครับ แย่มากครับ

TERRIBLE APP Previously good online banking but the worst app ever. Never recognises the bar-code so now I can't make any payments and now have to download and submit a form and provide a copy of my passport if I want to revert back to getting SMS codes which actually worked. Seriously, how can a bank have security bar-codes that just don't work? Change of bank time!
