The application generates an authentication code that enables transactions to be completed securely while using BSP PNG mobile and online banking applications.
This app turns your mobile phone or tablet into a One Time Password (OTP) generator. Each time BSP PaySecure is used, it generates a unique OTP, valid for 30 seconds. A new OTP will be generated once the time has elapsed.

When I first install this app on my previous phones, it would install instantly, but now I can't do it on my current phone, instead I get a message to sign into my Gmail account and once done I'm prompt to install it on my other devices which I no longer have. Any ideas as to how to avoid this issue. It's frustrating as I can't do an electronic transfer anymore without this App.

Dear BSP Developers, I am writing to express my disappointment with the BSP PNG Mobile Banking App. The app frequently crashes, loads slowly, and often fails to complete basic transactions like balance checks or fund transfers. These issues cause significant inconvenience and frustration, especially when urgent banking is required. Additionally, login failures and constant system errors undermine user confidence in the app's reliability.

Trying to use this app and the banking app on the same device is virtually impossible to get the OTP into the banking app before the OTP changes. This is a two device process - extremely NOT USER FRIENDLY
