It is a good application and user's friendly the token was not linked to the mobile phone . I am worried about if I lose the phone or change it. However, I am sure there is a procedure in place for those cases.

Lux trust WORKS! And it can't be more secure than it currently is. I insist. I've just had a problem with my authentication code that I couldn't remember, and they've helped me in the most courteous way. The assistant was NOT a robot, his name is Joe, and he did his job remarkably efficiently. Thank you!

Does not work (v4.7) on Graphene OS, showing a misleading error that the device is rooted. Which it is not.

Piss poor if you need to use any service whilst not living in Lux. There needs to be more login options other than having to call LT directly - what would deaf people do? I am now unable to access my Snet mobile banking because LT blocks my login, which worked for years. No other options to authenticate myself - I don't have a token, eID or other means to login. I can't download the app to my laptop, I don't own a second phone. Dreadful, awful service.

Works in 2025 with my old unsupported unsecure phone (Android 10, security patch level 2022)... Broken with a new phone with the latest security updates (Android 16, July 2025 security updates, Graphene OS). (Lux trust 4.18, probably a half-baked version) The app complains about "rooted", but my phone is not rooted. The support website also says "not jailbroken"; my phone is not; actually, it's even "Android Boot Verified". A dozen of banking apps, and ItsMe and EU-Login work on the same phone.

App no longer works since the last update. Unfortunately the app relies on forced Google dependencies. An app that is necessary for essential tasks such as banking or public administration should not have these dependencies. It is possible to develop apps without these forced dependencies. Please change the app to its previous behavior.
