I downloaded an app that's been operating for about a year, hoping for a smooth and efficient delivery service. But after downloading it, I was surprised that they still don’t support my area, even though it’s a densely populated area and not remote. The customer support is poor and doesn’t even read the feedback provided. It feels like the company isn’t taking matters seriously but is instead responding with indifference, despite being a new app trying to compete in the market.

An application with very slow service. The order takes more than an hour or two, although the prices are nice, but the service is bad.

I made an order and waited 1 hour and 20 minutes, yet it wasn't delivered. I called the restaurant, and they told me they didn't even prepare the order because the delivery person hasn't arrived yet! Worst experience ever.
