The app stopped working on latest Pixel update. Support sent older version but couldn't install it. I read a few posts and found that if you clear your cached data through the system settings, everything will start working again. On Android pixel phone, got to Settings -> Apps -> find Kamoer Remote app -> Storage & cache -> then Clear cache. I also cleared storage. Not sure if you need to do that, but that's what I did. Launched the app and it worked!

App crashes on launch and automatically closes. Latest update also didn't resolve the issue. Please fix this. Installed previous version and now works fine.

App is completely broken. Stopped working without any warning, my Calcium dosing dropped without me realizing and my tank suffered. Won't sync time with my phone, won't let me adjust settings. Been struggling with this buggy app and system for a year, it's been a nightmare to work with. Buyers beware, Kamoer Dosing Pumps will hurt your tank! Return your product before you have to suffer this frustration.

Been trying off and on for 2 months to get this doser to work. Simply will NOT connect for initial set up. I have a dedicated 2.4ghz that runs all of my reefing equipment including multiple Hydros products. Zero issues with the router, the doser just continues to stall at 60% and then throw a FAIL! Sign. Will never purchase another Kamoer product again. STAY AWAY

Cannot register or login. Have even created a Kamoer account from a PC and still won't log in. Have tried on Wi-Fi and mobile data. Just keeps saying "incorrect account name and password" even when I try and register. Won't send a verification code via email or sms. Only option is Offline mode, which is also being difficult. Bluetooth device is found but will not connect. LAN is no better. I literally cannot use the pump. It will have to be returned.

Ridiculously hard to get it to connect. Location access permitted, on separate 2.4 unique Wi-Fi...once working adding new times to dose or change dosing amounts is tricky.
