App crashes on launch and automatically closes. Latest update also didn't resolve the issue. Please fix this. Installed previous version and now works fine.

The app stopped working on latest Pixel update. Support sent older version but couldn't install it. I read a few posts and found that if you clear your cached data through the system settings, everything will start working again. On Android pixel phone, got to Settings -> Apps -> find Kamoer Remote app -> Storage & cache -> then Clear cache. I also cleared storage. Not sure if you need to do that, but that's what I did. Launched the app and it worked!

Cannot register or login. Have even created a Kamoer account from a PC and still won't log in. Have tried on Wi-Fi and mobile data. Just keeps saying "incorrect account name and password" even when I try and register. Won't send a verification code via email or sms. Only option is Offline mode, which is also being difficult. Bluetooth device is found but will not connect. LAN is no better. I literally cannot use the pump. It will have to be returned.

Not sure what they've done with the recent update, but I can't get in the app. Reinstalled and tried everything. I have 2 dosers on my reef tank dosing all the essentials. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED.

App has only worked once in the last week. Nothing has changed on my end, but I can't connect to my pumps. Support tickets with the app developer and Coralie have not helped.
