Horrible app, horrible interface. Full of bugs. Major issues in design: for instance, it won't notify you if someone has booked. Not intuitive at all. Crashes very frequently. Customer service is not great as well. In case you have to cancel a ride, you have to call them, and they are not a 24/7 service. Doesn't make sense at all. Polarize is far, far better.

Believe me, you can not trust this app... POLARIZE app is much better... I was using it more than 4 years as driver. There is no responsibility regarding the riders and whatever could happen. I was told that, based on thier policy, they have the right to cancel the payments for the driver... The driver and the rider can call them and ask them to cancel the trip for specific reasons. It is not reliable to plan your trips based on them. Download the POLARIZE instead and enjoy the updated services.
