The app is good, but it will not allow me to use the email that I sign in with. The app seems to only let me use my Gmail account which is the wrong email address. The login button in settings/account does nothing. It should present a login window with the ability to enter your own email address

New May 2024 app is terrible. It locks up, and I have to close it after each pinch zoom. I have not been able to read comics yet. Text size is small and has to be adjusted on every article. Settings for Text size won't open. Are all articles now just three paragraphs? Where is the news?

As instructed I uninstalled and downloaded the app again, maybe my 10th time for reinstalling the app. It no longer locks up. But it is painfully slow to open, then articles are slow to open. All articles have air conditioner sizing ads on each page. I pay a subscription fee to be able to read the paper seamlessly and without dealing with an ad in each article. The customer experience with this app is poor.
