Katas are used to evaluate one's form and technique. If one is able to master the routines then they are able to advance forward in the program to a more challenging Kata.
Each workout breaks up the Kata into multiple parts so you are able to understand the movements and then practice each.

Kayas for someone interested in Karate Overall not that bad of an app. I like how they really break down the kayas. Good app for one new to karate. But if you already know a martial art then it may not be that challenging.

Not sure how this was free to install but nothing works as it's not free?? Might be worth making that clear to prospective users. Or maybe give the first Kata free, so we know what we are buying. As it is it's uninstalled as an unknown quantity. Pity.
