Best mortgage calculator with no ads pop-ups or personal info needed. We have used it now for over 3 years to give full info on home loan repayments, interest calculations and savings over adjustable time frames. Keeps you focused on the end goal of saving massive amounts interest with easy to understand tables and graphs. If we keep on track our home loan will be paid out in only 4 more years. Wish we found Karl's Mortgage Calculator 10 years earlier. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The calculator is way to complicate d for such simple information to be broken down. I have used Every dollar's mortgage calculator and it was so simple and straightforward. I don't know understand what this calculator is attempting to do, but it definitely isn't properly calculating anything and the inputs make no sense. I simply wanted to know with my original balance, my current remaining balance & interest rate, how long before it's paid off in full. It's just not doing the job right.

Beware!! Calculates prepayment and extra payments incorrectly. Shows the loan paid off to early and additional payments are calculated to high.
