Easy and Accurate This app is very informative and a must-have for anyone considering the purchase of real estate. Most people don't realize how much interest is being paid over a 30-year term, how big of a difference locking in interest rates can be, and lastly 20% down is needed in order to not pay primary mortgage insurance ”pmi”. This has all those tools, calculators, and more. Good luck!
