I bought this because of advanced features like PMI. DOES NOT WORK!!!!! DON'T SPEND THE MONEY!!!!! EVEN WHEN YOU DEFINE A FICO SCORE, PMI DOES NOT POPULATE. STICK WITH THE FREE VERSION, OR USE ANOTHER APP!!!

App just became unusable. While working on my own mortgage calculations, the app suddenly quit allowing me to make ANY changes and started randomly entering figures that make ZERO sense. Cannot clear any fields. Cannot start over. Cannot start with a clean slate unless I uninstall the app???
