This awesome for calculation with only 1 problem which is tue extra payments. I wish there were random extra payments. There is 1 time extra payment, and recurring extra payment options. But I wish there were random, like, maybe couple every year etc., or add more 1 time extra payments.

This app used to be really great, but they updated it and took away features, like prepayment options. I'm uninstalling it with regret since I used it for a long time.
