It's a good. But despite the help in chat, it does not have call back, or it is delayed. My problem now is that we have a booking confirmed from 8-12 fen 2026 for 2 bedroom in Karma Candidasa. Now I want to extend it for my cousin and I find that the dates are not fully available. Would like callback as phone lines in the concierge are always busy. Our air tickets are booked from bangalore but the additional 3 can book only on confirmation. Just one additional. Waiting for call back

Our holiday at seiner was enjoyable made very enjoyable by the staff who looked after us the only disappointment was that while we were there the breakfast was changed that eggs were not included anymore for further holidays, and it's only going to be toast and cerial going forward.

This app is substandard, and it would be better to start again. You cannot book confidently through the site. We gave up booked through concierge, we have email confirmation. Now there is no record of our confirmed bookings or curated events. They were there a few weeks ago, all our booking history has now disappeared. The ponits taken are accurate. We have contacted concierge through the app and had have had no response 4 days later.

Don't purchase membership of KARMA IT A BIG TRAP THEY HAVE 200 ROOM. FOR 200 ROOM THEY HAVE 6000 MEMBERS YOU WILL NEVER GET A ROOM ARE AVAILABLE AT LEAST 4-5 MONTHS ADVANCE BOOKING SPECIALLY OFF SEASON

Dear Concierge, This support staff does not assist in case the booking is not possible on the app. There is no way that we can put ourselves on the waiting list too. People are taking undue advantage of the app by making notional bookings, far in advance and blocking the space, not allowing actual travelers to confirm booking. Request you to revert to the older system wherein a human could assist with all queries and make the necessary booking either at the Karma resort or its allied partners.

No active booking is shown in the app, even though I have an active booking. The active booking is only visible through Karma Group's website.
