Very buggy app. Still needs a lot of work. Problems with e-concierge chat, notifications. There is no locator on the map to help you know where you are compared to the place you want to go to.

Worst iteration of the app ever, frustrating and discouraging. Every time I open the app to look for something, I want to close it right after. The app is unintuitive and can't find anything I want. I feel like I'm not interested anymore in your daily events, e.g. at the Santuario or pool activities, because I can't find the info. Very uninviting app.

The Vedanta app makes navigating the resort and managing reservations more difficult, not easier. Hours and locations are inconsistent, GPS is inaccurate, and the same venue can appear in different places within the app. Worst of all, reservations still require staff confirmation, defeating the purpose of the app. It fails to provide the basic functionality guests expect and reflects a lack of focus on customer convenience.
