1st time using. Takes a 5 to 10 business days for company to process orders. I sent to emails to customer service about this was less than 24 hr before a response with is great. Once order was complete clothes were here within a few days!! I cannot speak of the quality because clothes haven't been worn yet but the feel and weight of the jeans purchased seem like it will b great

Customer service sucks. Since August 21 im waiting on an item. I purchased 3 items, and I honestly didn't know it will come in 3 separate packages. I had to email them a couple of times for tracking numbers. Until now one item hasn't even shipped. Email them is a waste of time, but they can't be reached elsewhere

There ia no customer service that email worst experience ever ordered 1pair of jeans to see how it would go 3 weeks still no jeans My jeans haven't been sent back and forth between a UPS facility and a United Postal Service facility for the last week and a half and them facilities both are four plus hours away from me, I've been given three different delivery dates unsuccessful horrible if I can give them zero Stars I will do not buy from here
