If you have loan out and try to refinance the loan. Even with an allotment. That doesn't mean you will get refinanced They do Credit Checks. Even if you been with them for some years and paid off every loan you had with them, You still can be denied.

Pt 1 I tired to get a loan through Kashable and was denied at the same time they ask you to switch your payroll to their sited for payment purposes I assume. Also, you have to contact them because no one will reach out. Basically they get your hopes up I thought I was approved but denied. And they asked me for proof of income after I filled out the app that should be included. What I am mainly upset about the lack of communication and customer service. Maybe they will treat other people better.

After inputting my personal information including my checking account, bank and social security number along with uploading my driver's license and SSN card they had me submit my SSN card again and then emailed me saying that my birthdate or SSN has been incorrect and told me to apply again but when I tried I couldn't even start the process again but was told I was no eligible. Waste of time and now they have my personal information. I can see why they are rated 3.3 stars when most rate about 4.5.

This app won't log me in. it won't get past the sign in screen. When you try to log in through Google, it just opens Google in your browser. somehow its disconnected my payment method, and I can't even log in to fix it. Terrible
