If you have loan out and try to refinance the loan. Even with an allotment. That doesn't mean you will get refinanced They do Credit Checks. Even if you been with them for some years and paid off every loan you had with them, You still can be denied.

Terrible I know my password and everything but its giving me 100 run around and all options I chose to get access to my account gives me "oops" messages or contact support if I need assistance I should be able to handle this stuff alone it's 6 am and I don't have time to wait for customer service when I have drastic needs rn

Well... Kashable sucks! I foolishly expect the process to be smoother than the bank. After two days of countless emails and calls they told me I needed to resubmit my application. Apparently, I applied as a military retiree (which I am) but because I also work for the government I should have selected employed. Two days...really Kashable?! As a 22-year Army veteran and current federal employee.... I DO NOT Recommend!

Pt 1 I tired to get a loan through Kashable and was denied at the same time they ask you to switch your payroll to their sited for payment purposes I assume. Also, you have to contact them because no one will reach out. Basically they get your hopes up I thought I was approved but denied. And they asked me for proof of income after I filled out the app that should be included. What I am mainly upset about the lack of communication and customer service. Maybe they will treat other people better.
