Katie's workouts are great! They are quick, but make you work. I also had a hip injury and surgery, and her workouts never leave me in pain! I have gotten much more toned and feel great! This app has all kinds of workouts, and they are all amazing

NOT FREE as she described it on her Snapchat! You can't sign up for anything less than a 7-day trial without having to subscribe. Again NOT FREE.

Used this app for a year or so no issues, re downloaded it and constant pausing on videos and buffering on every video. I'm not sure if they changed the app or software but never used to have this issue. It makes getting through even a 10-minute video close to impossible.
