How can a whole financial institution fumble this much on such a critical app? I mean nothing works in this app and the USSD is not any better, the app itself screams a hurriedly launched app. With the kind of trust and efficiency expected from a bank, this feels like a joke, like a struggling unregulated upcoming table banking thing. Either get rid of the app all together or give us an update to sort the mess. It's been a pathetic experience, to say the least! The PLAYBILL is also a mess.

I have been trying to get a mobile banking loan without success for almost a month now am a very disappointment customer because this is the pik season for my business and I can't boost my business. Try to improve otherwise we will go to more reliable banks
