★★★★★ The app made my loan process easier and quicker. It helped to communicate with loan officer and loan processor.

★★☆☆☆ App has a bug keeps crashing. Can't see docs or status since app has bugged and crashes. I can barely log in at times unless I keep trying to open it at times.

★★☆☆☆ This app is awful. It doesn't give you options to opt out of uploading documents that don't apply to you (childcare statements when you don't use childcare, HOA docs when you don't have an HOA, etc.). It doesn't update the status of documents that are submitted directly to your loan officer. If there was any other way to buy a KB Home house without using this garbage app, we would have done it.
