Today I had very bad experience using Kpay because Auto Log Out Feature and SMS Feature. Auto Log out feature is pretty dumb. When I am about to open the app and pay, the app is already auto logged out from the account (note that I have used the account just yesterday). Making Auto Logout just because I didn't use the app for just over 10 hours is dumb. Also, the fact that I have to log in with SMS code is so absurd. SMS code won't appear even though I have requested multiple times.
I am very disappointed with KBZPay. An amount of 100,000 MMK was deducted from my account under an "Online Related Case" without any clear explanation. I contacted support and am still waiting for a satisfactory response. Users deserve transparent information when money is deducted from their accounts. I hope KBZPay improves its customer service and provides clearer explanations for disputed transactions. Rating: 1/5
