Cannot check transaction detail in Activity tab. Service like mobile top-up should be able to check the receiving mobile number. Can't even check transaction ID. So how can we complain to customer service without knowing transaction ID? And customer service only responded with general answer. Not even bothered to ask which account number that the error had encountered.

I am not able to pay bill for electrical bill since last month.(Jan 206). Paybill page does not continue and it is hang. When I pressed back arrow key, time out massage appear and logout itself. I am using two phones with Android 10 and android 8. Please advice whether the app is no longer support for android 10 and below?
