1st transfer was not shown as success as a timeout msg pop up. After 2–3 hours, 2nd transfer is done. The statement shows only one transaction. Next day the statement shows two transactions deduction while money is received only once. The time of each transaction success is 2-3 hours apart from actual transactions done. Hotline just gave a parrot answer and not really helpful. Irresponsible and very outdated pay app with issues like unsuccessful transactions may be successful after several hours

Should upgrade UI/UX and performance. At least one server error is occurred when I log in and using features, nearly every single time. I had "clear data" or "force stop" the application. And got error and delayed every time, cash in/out into other wallet like Wave Money. And also you should announce clearly and noticeable before you maintenance server.
