Completely disagree with their service needs basic ethics for KE Staff Complaint not log due to known outage and if you say it no one is working with specified feeder than customer support say on backend side team is working needs complete audit for whole Technical staff and management team and the behavior is like a prince instead of support team.

My credit card was almost charged again without my permission! π‘ As a developer, I'm concerned that K-Electric now collects card details directly in the app instead of redirecting to HBL. This raises serious PCI DSS and card-data security concerns. I paid 10 days ago, yet today received an OTP for a new charge I never initiated. Thankfully, the OTP stopped it. Investigate urgently!
