It is a great app, but I want to grab the attention of the IT team of 'K Electric' on a serious issue regarding their application about the 'self reading' facility that KE provides to their application's users as after when I took a perfect/valid image of my meter, then while saving the image, the application stopped working and a 'Not Responding' dialog box kept appearing again and again, I strongly request the KE to resolve this issue promptly and also add an image upload feature for it.

To streamline the process, I recommend designating a primary email account as the central hub for managing E-Bill subscriptions. This would allow for easier access and control, eliminating the need to grant access to multiple email accounts. A single point of access would simplify the unsubscribe process and improve overall account management. Also, The app is really helpful. Kindly add an option to cancel a complaint from the user's end if done by mistake.
