The KE app is frustrating. Whenever unannounced load shedding happens in my area, the app immediately displays a 'Known Outage' message, blocking me from lodging a complaint. It seems like a tactic to avoid accountability for frequent, unscheduled power cuts. How are customers supposed to report issues if the app prevents us from doing so? We face daily interruptions, yet we are left with no way to register our grievances. Please fix this and allow users to report unannounced outages.

This application is not made to facilitate end users, but just for the promotion of ads & generate funds through it, end users even can not make complaint when there's power break down, no schedule of power outage is announced or notify via application, user can not track the status even though paying over higher amount of bills

I have to informe you that your application is not responding correctly the outrage of electricity in our Area Gulshan-e-maymar sector Z2 that even the electricity is restored but your app is telling that our area is currently in electricity interruption but when we checked our house electricity is already restored but in your app is telling that our electricity supply is still Off 😡. This misinformation from your app cuz a work loss plz update your app and maintain you should approve this app
