The app is not working on my mobile since a month, I have tried multiple times to login, but it shows temporary error issue. Even after updating the application it's not resolving the issue. Very inconvenient

The KE app is frustrating. Whenever unannounced load shedding happens in my area, the app immediately displays a 'Known Outage' message, blocking me from lodging a complaint. It seems like a tactic to avoid accountability for frequent, unscheduled power cuts. How are customers supposed to report issues if the app prevents us from doing so? We face daily interruptions, yet we are left with no way to register our grievances. Please fix this and allow users to report unannounced outages.
