What I love about the app is that if I am away from the computer, I can still hear the chat monitor coming through if I am in another room, and gives me the flexibility to be able to never miss a chat. Also, if I go outside for a walk or something then I can still have keen with me and do business wherever I go. Really do love the app

Update: I am still unable to work from the app?!? Any bug fixes. I've tried Uninstalling 3 times Lately I am unable to log in to app as an advisor. Website login works fine. However, I need chat capabilities too. Thanks

Have to keep screen on at all times on the app in order for the app to tell you have a chat coming through, IF it decides to. After that you get chat issues, errors, "missed chats" when it never rings or tells you. You literally have to be doing nothing but staring at the keen app of you want to not miss chats. Voice to text doesn't function, tells you missed chats when you first log in, also sad pings are not on here also. Was told to update, but I have the latest version. I'm losing $!

Every year this app gets jankier and jankier. For instance, I don't always get notified by the app that an incoming call is coming, then the phone rings. Sometimes I do get notified before the phone rings (as it should be). Other times I get notified of the incoming call I didn't get a notification for about 30 minutes after the call was completed. Sometimes I get notified by email that I missed a chat and my app never showed a busy signal nor a notification of a chat request.
