What I love about the app is that if I am away from the computer, I can still hear the chat monitor coming through if I am in another room, and gives me the flexibility to be able to never miss a chat. Also, if I go outside for a walk or something then I can still have keen with me and do business wherever I go. Really do love the app

Update: I am still unable to work from the app?!? Any bug fixes. I've tried Uninstalling 3 times Lately I am unable to log in to app as an advisor. Website login works fine. However, I need chat capabilities too. Thanks

This is a great concept and I normally like using the app. But over the last month it keeps saying I missed a chat. I can stare at it and I won't get notified. Then I have to send free minutes and an apology. It's beginning to affect my income having to give out all these minutes. And I'm not talking about every once in a while. It's like every second to third chat. All day, every day. Well, thanks for the update. You definitely fixate problem with consistency. Now it won't connect to any chat!

Unless you have the app open and draining your battery the ENTIRE TIME (no, you can't even have a messenger chat head open) you're logged on, you WILL miss chats, you WILL be logged off, & both you & Keen will LOSE MONEY. I'm not sure why this isn't a priority for the company. I thought businesses existed to make money. They're rumored to be 'the best choice'. Not really living up to it though.

I've used this app since 2020. It used to work a little bit. Even then, it had problems. For example, I would miss chats and calls because the notifications were not alerting my device. Now it won't work at all. The app will not load or allow me to turn my chat availability on. So I am losing a ton of clientele thinking that I am ignoring their chat requests, and therefore I am losing money! This needs to be fixed immediately. I left a similar review in 2021. Fix it please! Thank you!
