I love simple habit. There are so many simple guided meditations for any situation. I like the variety of contributors and the fact that the app tracks my progress and provides encouragement. Matt Young is the best. Especially number 3 "A meditation lullaby". Always puts us right to sleep.

Only on day 3 of starter pack, but I enjoy Cory's 5-min meditations as a way of centering before the day begins. Being 5 mins long, there's really now was to talk myself out of it. I've got time. He's very encouraging and keeps it simple.

I LOVE this app! It's helped me through panic attacks, it's helped me through every day stress; it's helped me throughout the past bearish. The voices are so calming. I have an issue with men; and I feel so calm after listening to them here. This app has really helped me to curb my anxiety.

This app is broken. It refuses to let me log in. When I go to log in with Google. It says that my login has failed. When I try to sign in manually, it refuses to recognize either my email address or my password. When I go the forgot to password route, the link never arrives in my inbox. When I tried to create an account with my email, it says I already have an account

I didn't like this app, I installed it after watching that shark tank video to see how it goes, I didn't like this app, it hangs, and there was an option called, what your doing now- I said sleep and can't sleep option I click, I was expecting something to happen but nothing happen. It's waste of time

Meditation ends in between can't use most of the meditations. Disappointed. It's still not fixed, meditation stopped in between. Can't do even 1 meditation in a day
