The KBM in itself is an awesome idea for people with menstrual cycles to maximize their energy and work out based around their cycles. I've been doing the workouts for about a month and a half and I have so much more energy, and it's helped me pay more attention to how I'm feeling in each phase. The app itself is great! It's user-friendly and I like how it's organized. The one thing I would change is I wish you could edit lift amounts after you've submitted them in case you put it in wrong.
