This is NOT the banking app, you all. This is some other app to add to your banking experience. Must register as NEW USER to even use this app. Go back and re-download the same old app. It is working now and you can log in. They finally updated it. Once it's re-downloaded, use your same old information, and you'll see the update. YOU'RE WELCOME.

This is a concierge app not your mobile banking app. You will need to go to the KFCU website and use that to find the new Kessler app for mobile banking.

Now I can't get into my accounts at all unless I go online and nothing is the same, so I don't know how to check what, etc. Why did anything need to be changed in the first place?! The old app no longer even shows up to download, and I tried register under new user (both I read in other reviews) and it keeps saying account already exists. So best believe I'm emptying my accounts paying off my Kessler credit card and canceling it asap

Really KFCU??!! It's even worse than the last app! Can't get logged in with any of my 3 KFC accounts! No website. No app. Branches closed. What are we supposed to do to get our money?? Hire a new tech company to build a user-friendly, comparable and working app, or you will have ALOT of members Changing banks! And I am one of them
