Good to keep track of your account I think this is a very useful app to keep track of dates items are due back etc. Also for reserving items. The only thing is when items become ready to collect it disappears from the reserved items page instead of telling you it's ready, There needs to be a ready to collect section!

A wonderful app. Simple to use. No need for any more overdue library books as you're only a click away from renewing. You can order books (so no need to waste money on buying books that you only read once (and let's face it, that is most of them.) The only thing that would make it even better would be to store and select between mine and my daughters' library card. Having said that, it's not that difficult to do now.... :) Well done.

Where are my Available When I find & reserve books it's shown, but I can only surmise my books are available by the fact that they've vanished from my reservations list. Can it not state that it's available for pickup. Would make it a 5

This app could be so much better. It takes you to webpages too often, which you can't easily navigate back to the app from. The search & reserve functions (surely the main reason for using it) are poor. After an initially promising start - the successful scan of your library card & entering of your PIN - you imagine saving time & effort never having to type or scan it again. Not so. Try hitting the eBooks button - you'll be taken out of the app to a (not particularly easily searchable) KCC webpage, inviting you to download yet another (very Americanized) app which deals just with eBooks. And guess what, you have to put in your details all over again. The single most important thing for this app would be a great search facility, which is lacking. You shouldn't be taken out of app, it should be capable of doing it all. Another great addition would be user generated ratings, recommendations and reviews.

Badly designed. Should be a setting which says choose from local holdings only, choose categories etc. Okay if you know exactly what you're after, but even then unless you're happy to pay for it to come from outside the area it probably won't have it anyway. And what is the exact point of the barcode thing? Unless I'm missing something here if you have a barcode you've already got the book anyway.
