Factoring in my lifestyle, body fat % that I paid to have professionally calculated, workout regiment and allocated carb intake this app had me at over 2,300 calories a day to lose weight. My nutritionist has me at 1900 to lose weight. So don't trust the math on this app! Absolutely misses the mark by a HUGE margin! Pay for a real nutritionist or find a competent app elsewhere.

★★☆☆☆ The age is set on 35 years old and, I am not scrolling forward 15 years through a calendar going day by day just to get through the 20 years as I will be sitting here forever!! Uninstalled!
