How does Key West Rides work? - Key West Rides is an on-demand travel concept that takes multiple passengers heading in the same direction and books them into a shared bus. Using the app, input your address and we’ll match you with a vehicle going your way. We’ll pick you up on a nearby corner and drop you off within a short walk of your chosen destination. Now for the clever bit; our algorithms provide journey times that are comparable to a taxi and much more convenient than other modes of travel, making on-demand transportation easier than ever before!

Having the same issue as everyone else, cannot get past entering phone number. What's worse is the rude driver shutting the door in my face telling me it's my problem not hers.

The city either doesn't employ enough drivers or this app is garbage at what it does because 75 percent of the time you cannot get a bus. If the city stopped being such a corrupt nonsense factory we would still have the conch connect or at least the two city route buses but no. the money is going somewhere, and it isn't into helping citizens.

GPS gives you incorrect bus stop different address than you are standing on or waiting for bus, app doesn't give options more rides, more bus stops, even bus is empty, you can't get the ride, app will send you the message, that bus is full, you need try sometimes more than 5 minutes get ride, timely doesn't work well either
