Keya seth servers do not cancel order once placed, they not even respond efficiently to calls and messages, very poor customer service, they will not cancel order even if it is not shipped, they trick you by saying that since it's a prepaid order, it could not be cancelled, had it been COD, they would've cancelled, what kind of nonsense policy is this? They would not even reason fairly, avoid shopping from this app. It was my worst experience.

APP shows pricing in dollars in India 🥴🤣 the application and details filling not good. Pricing is also not understandable till the order page. Cannot understand clearly the payment method. Coupons are also not good and clear. Wanted to shop but very dissatisfied and disappointed with the experience
