Every time I have used the app it has improved. I like the mobile order and pick up option plus the new reward and discount system via the app. It's about time KFC came out with a decent app in Canada

I enjoy some of the deals available on the app. I don't like that they offer a value meal at one price, but then add an extra $1 for the soft drink that was supposed to be already included in the price. It doesn't give you the choice to have a fountain drink when picked up in store, only cans of pop.

Oh look, 8 months since I posted my review of your app, and it's still stupid. It's just different stupid. Offering sides on an exclusive online meal - and the ONLY option is corn?!?!? Are you kidding me?!?!? While they can fix the stupid in store, you have to be in store when you order which defeats the one advantage on mandatory online ordering. Fix the stupidity

Orders through the app need a method to alert the store that the customer has arrived. Every time I order, it hasn't been started until I talk to someone at the counter to tell them that I'm waiting. I don't know why I keep ordering from KFC

Update: app still doesn't work. Insanity. How much business are you guys losing? It's been over a year that the payment page on this app is STILL broken! How are you guys even in business? How many customers are you losing by not having a functional app?! This is insane to me. LOOK AT ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS WHO SAY THEY Can't ORDER EITHER. These are all customers you're losing.
