Hilarious how a multimillion-dollar company makes an application, and it can't even process payments to take people's money that they desperately need as a company lol. No wonder you guys are going out of business, fix your damn app. I'm using a Note 20 Ultra, and it won't process any card I provide it. Edit 2: they've updated their app, now their prices are absurd. 20 dollars for 4 pieces of chicken? Edit 3: they've updated the app, so now you can only buy something if you spend at least 10 dollars

The payment portion of this app is horrendous and KFC customer service is even worse. You will get stuck at the payment screen. If you try to process another order you will be billed twice. If you call customer service don't expect to have your issue resolved. They will never call you back or offer a solution. I've been waiting seven months and several calls without resolution.
