Every time I have used the app it has improved. I like the mobile order and pick up option plus the new reward and discount system via the app. It's about time KFC came out with a decent app in Canada

I enjoy some of the deals available on the app. I don't like that they offer a value meal at one price, but then add an extra $1 for the soft drink that was supposed to be already included in the price. It doesn't give you the choice to have a fountain drink when picked up in store, only cans of pop.

Never works property. I submit my order, and there is always a problem when it comes to payment. Worst. every App. The advice from the cashier is to try using the website instead. I'll say it again. This KFC App is one of the worst of all Apps I have ever used. August 3, 2026

Can't even pay on this app, keeps popping up a payment error text. My card is working fine, but you just can't pay on the app.
