Every time I have used the app it has improved. I like the mobile order and pick up option plus the new reward and discount system via the app. It's about time KFC came out with a decent app in Canada

I enjoy some of the deals available on the app. I don't like that they offer a value meal at one price, but then add an extra $1 for the soft drink that was supposed to be already included in the price. It doesn't give you the choice to have a fountain drink when picked up in store, only cans of pop.

I've tried ordering on the app and if the item has Dipping sauces it won't let me add, and then when I do get to payment (items without dipping sauces), it just tells something happened with the order and any charge will be refunded. Tried multiple times, finally just went to store to order

Best diet app ever! I have saved myself a lot of calories with this app! I attempt to order a meal through the app and enter my payment details. It begins to process it, and then I get an error message. Every. Time. I take it as a sign to order something else and I do.

The interface is not intuitive. If you want to access your orders, you have to go through "more" tab. The order at least should pop up escpailly when you are tracking your oder after placement. Also, when I checked out and paid using cc, it asked me to open the app which I already placed the oder via tha app which is a strange thing it did not recognize it automatically. Burger King app interface is more intuitive. KFC should step up thier game. Edit*: you need to fix your map direction too
