The app used to work poorly, but now has been near perfect for the last couple of years. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that it always nags me to order more sides when I head to checkout, which I never want.

DOES NOT GO PAST PHOTO REGISTRATION When we try to log in, it says "Something went wrong!" But it never tells what went wrong, it never gets past this point. I uninstalled and reinstalled, same result! Total failure!!!!!!

I've had one successful order on this app. All other tries do not work, giving me a something went wrong with the payment message. Advertised deals are only applicable through the app, but the app is inaccessible.

App simply does not work. Try to open it, and you get a message "Something went wrong". Honestly, what is the value of having an app that never works. KFC wants to be successful, but they run their business like a Third World country. Hey KFC, try to learn from McDonald's on how to deploy a working app as well as to run a customer-centric business.
