KIA Assist to dodatkowe wyposażenie pojazdu, które możesz zakupić u każdego dealera KIA w Polsce. Jest ono dostępne zarówno dla samochodów nowych, jak i używanych.

W skład zestawu KIA Assist wchodzi urządzenie oraz bezpłatna aplikacja na telefon. Moduł wykorzystuje m.in. akcelerometr i technologię GPS, a dzięki stałemu zdalnemu połączeniu z serwerem i aplikacją, usługa dostarcza szereg funkcji poprawiających bezpieczeństwo kierowcy i pasażerów. System wykrywania wypadków poinformuje o możliwej kolizji, a alarm będzie czuwał gdy zostawisz samochód na parkingu. Dostępna jest również funkcja informująca o przekroczeniu prędkości (kontrola rodzicielska). System monitoruje także stan akumulatora, aby użytkownik nigdy nie miał problemu z uruchomieniem pojazdu.

Dzięki naszemu rozwiązaniu właściciel nie musi pamiętać o przeglądzie technicznym auta - KIA Assist przypomni o zbliżającym się terminie. Kierowca ma również dostęp do aktualnej lokalizacji swojego samochodu, dzięki czemu bez problemu odnajdzie go na dużym parkingu czy w obcym mieście. Użytkownik ponadto ma możliwość włączenia w swoim aucie blokady zapłonu bezpośrednio z aplikacji .

Po zakupie usługi i zamontowaniu modułu komunikacyjnego w serwisie dealera, użytkownik zakłada w aplikacji nowe konto. Po zalogowaniu do KIA Assist należy dodać nowy pojazd poprzez wpisanie numeru seryjnego odczytanego z zakupionego urządzenia. Numer umieszczony jest w trzech miejscach: na module komunikacyjnym pod kodem kreskowym, na opakowaniu urządzenia pod kodem kreskowym oraz na naklejce wklejanej do książki serwisowej przez dealera w chwili zakupu.

W celu korzystania z pełnej funkcjonalności systemu, aplikacja mobilna KIA Assist wymaga dostępu do Internetu.
