Third try is the charm! The current updated version of the app is now applicable enough to have my employees use out in the field! The interface is user-friendly, the app is stable, and quickly trainable for new employees. Note: the app is designed for the technicians in the field rather than for administrative use since the app does not have any filtering capabilities (i.e. filtering to see only certain user/employees' events for the day). With that in mind, this app is perfect for ONLY technicians in the field that DON'T HAVE PERMISSIONS GRANTING THEM TO VIEW OTHER EMPLOYEES' SCHEDULES.

Update again: There might come a day when this app doesn't piss me off. I do not see that day coming anytime soon. Every time I leave the app (40+/day) I have to wait for everything to reload. Update: 4 years later im downgrading review from 2 stars to 1. The developers don't seem to care. There's still constant issues and the most frustrating part on my day as a tech is dealing with this app! Takes months for issues to get fixed. More issues get created when things do get fixed.

Sense the most recent update, the app now resets almost every time I open a new app, so I must remind it what tech I am. Not only that, but when I open the app, I now have to wait like 30 seconds for the tech drop to actually work, and that's if it actually loads the tech names. I have to close the app for photos to actually upload to jobs, otherwise It's just processing forever. I also liked being able to see the address from the list of jobs Menu better. Please fix these issues.
