Kidplan is an application for parents which makes communication between the kindergarten and parents smarter and easier.
The Kidplan application contains features for:
Consent This feature allows the kindergarten to send consent-forms to each parent in a digital way. The parents can then choose to accept or decline with one click.
Parent List With the parent list you get contact information to the other parents in your group. This makes birthday planning and afternoon visits much easier to plan.
Calendar The calendar function shows the kindergarten's planned activities for the following week. This way parents will be able to see what activities their child will participate in. This feature makes it easier for the parents to plan and prepare their child for the next day.
Photo album The kindergarten can create albums and post pictures from activities, trips or everyday moments in Kidplan. This will be listed out in the application, which you as a parent can see when you log in. This way you will see and get information about the child's daily life.
Board Through “boardposts” the kindergarten can send messages to all parents, or submit a short daily report with information about their day.
Messages With this feature the kindergarten and parents can exchange important messages about the child. As a parent you will receive a notification when the kindergarten has sent you a message.
Recent changes: Fixed a bug that prevented registering and deleting sick and day-off absences when the kindergarten had locked vacation registration.

So much better than the last Oslo barnehage app. But need to be able to copy text in messages. It's restricted for some reason.

Edit: Even with such option disabled meaning both parents to see the details and time, it's not showing in the app. This has been constant across android variants not just one phone or model or brand. Kindly fix it please.

Too strict with "security". Always having to unlock every time I open the app or bring it into focus

Despite choosing Swedish as the app language it says "Hentet" and "Levert"(this is not Swedish) under "Dag rapporteur"

Logs you out often. Bad image viewer. Often chooses weeping image, last update won't let you log in

I enjoy receiving pictures and info on my child, but the app is very unstable, I do not get notifications all the time. Moving between features on the app causes it to crash or become unresponsive. This last month I haven't been able to navigate the calendar out of the current week without the app having an error.
