KidzDocNow app is very convenient for when you're on the go. My husband and I were very pleased with the Doctor and how right on the spot there is someone assisting and communicating with you while your waiting for the Doctor. What I didn't like about this app is that there are so many minor questions you have to take your time to answer before being seen. Other than that-This Is A Fantastic way to take care of your children with our missing work or calling in. It climates the waiting room

Some providers don't know how to use virtual equipment, the app changed my location which caused the wrong providers to populate, they switched providers without notice, and they are always late or don't show up. They've wasted at least 2 hours of my time today, and we still never got to see a doctor!! I would rate this service ZERO stars, if that was an option.

I can't even get the app to fully load, so I can log in for the first time. It's hard for me to get rides, so I love the teemed appointment possibility.
