I just LOVE and adore ALL of you ghouls and bats. I wish I could become an ambassador for you guys, I'm an aspiring model and an ambassador for a few companies including Mad Rabbit Tattoo Care company, Amazon and Temu. If I was accepted to be your ambassador, I'd probably scream of joy and happiness lol. App is inconsistent when trying to refine certain categories. Hitting the "New" splash from the "Men" tab applies a filter which shows new men's (as one would expect), but choosing "Current Obsessions" under "Men" displays every item with that descriptor and the "Men" filter must then be manually applied. Scrolling through items is also a poor experience. Someone decided to make it like the "endless scrolling" feature popular on other apps, but it's not - it resets jarringly. Half-baked.

Ordered many items almost a year in advance for my senior pictures. They were lost for 8 months. When I emailed the help email, they communicated excellently but overtime, as more months passed, they began taking longer to respond and saying It was my fault I didn't get my order. They offered me a refund, and I accepted it, that was over a month ago now, and they didn't respond to my email or refund me even a penny. Incredibly disappointed.

It keeps crashing. I had no issues until the logo changed. I saw there was an update, so I downloaded the update, and it was still crashing. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling, and it's still crashing. I can't even make it through half of a category without it just closing the app on me. I have shopped with Kill star for years and absolutely love them. Their customer service is top-notch, but this new app update ain't it. Will update the rating if the app stops crashing.
