Doesn't work... error message appears and nothing happens. Typical Kinepolis standard just like the website (even if it's been recently updated)

Worst application ever. I always get technical errors when you want to book your ticket with a movie card.

Installed now because it is impossible to buy tickets via browser on my laptop or smartphone, however also on the application doesn't work. Does the Belgium site be down? Also, this pop-up of the new Movie Wicked is very annoying popping up every page.... After you have already acknowledged you, you don't want to see it. It just makes the user be annoyed by the propaganda of the movie, not very smart.... What is supposed to be simple buy cinema tickets became a challenge 😉... Terrible experience.
