The banking experience here is so bad now, I have banked with them my whole life but after this year I am pulling every red cent I have out of their banks, app is horrible and constantly had password issues and makes you reset but doesn't give you the reset code and customer service is unavailable and takes absolutely forever to get someone on the phone. Kinetic is dead bank somewhere else.
