I love Kingdom rush games, and this is the best one so far, best towers, except the additional towers are mostly cash buys. Like heros in KR:ORIGINS. But they are very cool towers so... I'm good with the prices, they are cheap, and you only buy the ones you like, wait for sales, and they are cheap. Part of what I like, it's not a revolving door, for about $50 total you could buy all content, Instead I've spent about $8, and I'm happy with my set-up right now. Update, is now 8/26 still awesome

Great game, great series. Simple tower defense with humor, several difficulty levels, good challenges and tons of pop culture references. No ads, very few in-app purchases. Pay your money, get the game. Love the series and this is a great addition.

Don't buy this game. It does not have all the towers. You will get frustrated playing later levels. Iron hide is being too greedy with the mobile ver. (1) They create friction urging you to buy better heroes (fine) or towers (bad) at later levels. (2) it 4x the price of the PC ver where you get all contents without restrictions (heroes and towers). I should've checked reddit and 1-star review in advance! Too bad, the two new maps look fun, but I am not going to buy them.

Poor balancing of heroes and towers, taking a page from the people who copied you, and locking most things behind a paywall. It's a fun enough game as you level up, but it's overall a downgrade in quality compared to the previous games. This game is basically Steampunk Tower Defense with a shinier coat of paint. Grinding is far more tedious compared to the previous entries as well. The iron and elite challenges aren't even worth playing since stars aren't rewarded.
