Only issue is the difference in price for the exact same journey. Not a small difference either, I feel like I can't pay on my card sometimes because the driver prefers cash. That's fair enough but on the days I can't pay any other way I don't appreciate the attitudes on some of them. Thanks however to all the very polite and friendly drivers who make the journey that bit better. 😊

App recently deleted all my card details, and I can't add them back to my account. Being forced to pay in cash always ends up with drivers adding tips I never agreed to onto my bill.

The Customer Service for any issues is not good. I lost my bottle in a cab and tried contacting them with email, app and website but got no response. I called them after my office, and they said you will get a call back in a minute but never got a call. The app is good for what it does it is supposed to buy the customer service is not good.

Don't get me wrong, great app. Most of the drivers are great, too, but I have had enough with certain drivers picking the jobs and then drive around until the job jumps to another driver, and then they do the same thing, a job is a job I wish I could pick thr jobs I do and don't like, that's why I will not bother with kingkabs no more and remove the app
