It makes it difficult to respond to families. It glitches constantly. It currently isn't allowing me to respond to anyone...the keyboard continues to disappear when writing a message.

The app never works on my phone and I keep getting a fatal error message. When parents message me I want to be able to respond right away

The app is now useless. You can't respond to any parents. Whatever change was made ruined the app. It is no longer useable.
