I am a student from grade 9 essential I'm learning on kips and it's been three months. I am facing an issue in this app from saturday, june 6, 2026, till now 7 june when I open any subjects recorded lecture it says fatal error also my network speed is also excellent but I do not know that why is this happening. And it's so frustrating. But add tajweed classes add another icon of tajweed please its very essential I hope you will listen to me

I am a student of KIPS College. I took ST.ECAT FLP 02. KIPS gave me log in 🆔 and password to view the discussion on the test. I logged in to check the discussion and decided to watch the videos in the morning. But once I closed the app and reopened it, it displayed the text: "You have not subscribed to any course." worst experience 👎🏻 👎🏻 👎🏻

Video streaming is extremely slow despite having good connection and speeds. Servers are also slow so the interface lacks. Problem signifies when you increase the speed to 2x or 3x. I think the streaming servers are not local because it only slows down at peak hours in UTC which is night for us. Update: haven't been able to study on lms for NET cz of streaming issues. Had to take physical lecs and yt vids. Ngl we pay a hefty amount for this shii and literally not loading right before the test.
