I am loving this Kiwi bit camera It's easy to install no hassle. I am loving my camera the video recording it very clear and the audio sound is excellent. I cannot connect. Been asking for support. Was asked to pay money for all different things. Tired of dealing with people that don't even address what I am going through. Blue light does not go on to connect. I need a person to be there step by step. Was told to wait and sign in later because I asked too many times to enter the code. I entered the right nos but there was a delay so the nos were not in exact order. I am very disappointed and ready to return the bird feeder to Amazon.

Love it when works. Have to uninstall and reinstall each time it looses Wi-Fi connection. Would be better if reconnect to Wi-Fi was an option in settings. Would rate 5 stars if not for this problem. Also when I tried to send message for help within app it would not let the send button to actually send.

Glitchy, my cameras are plugged directly into an outlet and my camera saying it's in power saving mode. Not recommending these cameras the app is very inconsistent a changes the settings on It's own with your acknowledgment of such changes !
