Food showed up over an hour late, extremely cold. App crashed repeatedly during that time so I couldn't see the bot's progress. Bot finally stopped for delivery at the wrong location. App still has not updated to reflect that the order was received. Refunds are not offered. A bad experience all around.

App crashes on startup every time. I was able to use this app one time months ago, and it was pretty cool. Now I cant even open it. Every time it updates I redownload it and try it again, but every time I am disappointed. I miss u kiwi bot.
