I don't know why others had so much trouble, but the reviews are mostly older, so maybe they've fixed things. It literally took me less than 5 minutes on my first try to finish the process. Now, I have no clue if it's actually accurate, hence 4 stars instead of 5, because I won't be purchasing them through the app, but I may be buying them elsewhere using the prescription it gave me, and I'll update if it turned out the same. (the second 2 boxes - cylinder & axis - are blank, did it still work?)

This app supposed to be able to scan your glasses to see what your prescription is but when I open it it sends me to another app, and it's trying to get me to buy glasses and all I'm trying to do is figure out what my prescription is

I tried 4 times, and it didn't work. It just kept repeating, "Make sure the dots are visible on your mobile screen," over and over and over. They were! So I don't know why it wasn't working.
