On Jan 26th, I ordered 3 wigs with standard shipping from klaiya. Standard shipping is supposed to be 3 to 5 days it's been 5 days, and my order still says preparing order. I've been texting them for the last 2 days. And I finally got a text message back today. Stating that those are popular items. And it's going to take 1 to 2 weeks. Shouldn't they have informed me of that? To let me make a choice if I wanted them or not. I am getting married February 7th and need my wigs

I bought a wig, and they sent me the wrong wig.... I returned the wig.... I didn't receive a refund nor an exchange....after receiving the wig they just disappeared...no more texting nor talking...never heard from Klaiyi Hair Company anymore....be careful...every business isn't what it semms....BAD BUSINESS
